If you are a parent seeking education or caregiver support: F.E.A.S.T.–Family
If your child needs non-clinical skill-building support: F.E.A.S.T.–Youth
If your child needs therapy or clinical treatment: We can assist with referrals to licensed providers
S.L.A.T.E. Family Services provides both Medicaid-authorized adult services and non-clinical family and youth programs. Programs vary in eligibility, funding, and licensure.
S.L.A.T.E. Family Services, LLC provides Alternative Living (AL) services for adults age 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Fun Engagement & Community Enrichment Events is a S.L.A.T.E. Family Services program that fosters inclusion and community for individuals with IDD and their families.
F.E.A.S.T.–Youth is a S.L.A.T.E. Family Services program supporting youth ages 5–18 with life and functional skills in home and community settings.
F.E.A.S.T.–Family is a S.L.A.T.E. Family Services program empowering parents and caregivers through education, coaching, and skill-building.
