Marie Fierro is the CEO and founder of Slate Family Services. She has dedicated her life to assisting families and individuals in developing the skills and tools needed to live successful, independent lives. She has over 15 years of experience working with children on the spectrum and those with severe behavioral needs. She also has over 25 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from Southeastern University and is also a licensed Certified Behavior Tech (CBT). She is currently working toward her Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in trauma. She is a mother of seven, two of which are on the spectrum. Her goal is to assist families and individuals to develop the tools and skills they need to live a better tomorrow.
