Elena has spent most of her adult years as a training coordinator. She works closely with our management team to identify training needs and map out development plans for our company. She works closely with our Chief of Staff and helps in managing, designing, coordinating, and conducting all our training programs for Slate Family Services. In the past, Elena has worked as a job coach for those with cognitive disabilities, assisting them one-on-one in finding a career path, establishing work ethics, and helping them on site at their place of employment. Elena has been perceived by her former employees as a stand-up, self-motivated person. She has worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities for ten years. We are glad to have her as part of our team.
